Welcome to Screenwhim.
I'm Dylan, I started Screenwhim way back in 2018, then called 'Aplusmovie'. I started this movie blogging journey because I was curious to see where it would take me and my love for movies. I've loved movies ever since I can remember watching them. Since I was a teenager, I started to collect as much physical media as I could and still have pretty much everything I have purchased to this day. I have tried to go to the theater as much as I possibly could and can now. Since February of 2024, I have been good on my word to myself as to try and see as many movies as I can in the theater. That's the best way to support the movies you are interested in and love. Other than physical media, of course.
Anyways, I primarily use this blog to review movies I see in theaters or at home, normally newer ones. On ocassion, you will notice an older movie getting a proper review from me on here, but it's fairly rare anymore, as of 2024. That's why I created myself a Letterboxd following. I love that app. I will provide the link to my Letterboxd page below here and it will be found on the sidebar of this website. So, now you know a little bit more about the site and what to expect on here.
