Cocaine Bear | Review & Score

About: An oddball group of cops, criminals, tourists and teens converge in a Georgia forest where a huge black bear goes on a murderous rampage after unintentionally ingesting cocaine.

It's pretty much what you would expect. Satire, oddball, goofy, silly, dumb, really dumb, really really dumb. But it's all that and a ton of fun on top of it. Elizabeth Banks hasn't had many successful trips in the Director's chair, but she hit the nail on the head with COCAINE BEAR, which is based on true events.

Cocaine Bear is just here to make you say 'Really?' and 'WTF?!' pure and simple. I mean, it's not going to be winning any Oscars in its future, but its a fun ride with some outrageousness that boasts some fun performances from a solid cast, who are definitely game for some oddball ordeals.

Give 'er a go, it's fun. Don't look too much into it. Just have a weird chuckle here and there. Roll with it.
