Brothers (2024)

About: Two criminal twin brothers, one who is trying to reform, embark on a dangerous heist road trip. Facing legal troubles, gunfights, and family drama, they must reconcile their differences before their mission leads to self-destruction.

BROTHERS is a fun little straight-to-streaming B action comedy.

Although it has a talented ensemble cast, the real star of the show is Brendan Fraser as Farful. Fraser brings a wild, manic energy to one of the funnier characters in some time. It's like old school comedic Brendan Fraser back in the spotlight. His performance is the reason you'll stick around til the end. He's highly entertaining in every way.

Besides Fraser's committed performance, the rest of the cast is pretty solid. Peter Dinklage is funny, Josh Brolin is a little more tamed and Glenn Close is a pistol in a smaller role. Marisa Tomei also pops up and her small screen time is pretty humorous.

All in all, it's definitely got the 'straight to streaming' vibe to it, but it's a fun movie worth watching at least once. Brendan Fraser is the highlight of the film, with some mediocre dialogue - but it's entertaining enough to get you by.
