One of the absolute best works from Tom Hanks and Director Robert Zemeckis.

A tribute show of heart, spirit and resilience like no other film has done. Although, yes, there have been films since that have shown much of those things - but with CAST AWAY, it feels more... real. Zemeckis brings out the best in Hanks, who plays a FedEx guy who literally has the worst time of his life. I mean, anyone would be feeling a sh*t show in that case, so yeah.

We know Tom Hanks has done some incredible roles, Cast Away is no different in the slightest and will keep you chewing your cheeks until the credits roll. Amazing work from everyone involved, especially Hanks and Zemeckis. What a tag team of filmmakers.
